The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very clean, quiet and professional. The PEMF session immediately alleviated chronic pain in my shoulder and neck. Of all the places in Albuquerque that have flotation tanks, Lumen is, by far, my favorite. The facility is clean and inviting. The tanks themselves are pristine and their rooms are well-stocked. Of note is the calming environment they have taken steps to create when you step out of the areas that contain their services. There is a small, calming lounge you are free to relax in after you have completed your treatment, complete with tea, seltzer waters, mood lighting, and various types of reading materials.
